Slow, right out of the gate.

Not only is it SLOW, the pixel count is about 7...on a scale of 1-100. What do I have to buy from you guys to get a decent signal? I'm disabled and I work from home. My internet is important. Please let me know what options I have. This is currently unacceptable.

Are you referring to streaming?  If so, from what service and on what type of device?  Also, is the device connected via WiFi or LAN cable?  


YouTube?  Same questions.  


Zoom or something like that? 


These questions aren't to stop the speed tests maratsade requested, which will help to establish your service speed.
