I have not heard back about the speed tests, and tonight we tried to watch a movie on netflix and got a message saying slow speed may cause chopping playback

I have the definition set to SD, what would you suggest to improve the constant buffering that seems to happen when we try to watch movies

With your speeds it really shouldn't. Hate to say this as I know it comes across as an excuse but could be your computer and/or router. Does it also buffer when you are plugged directly into the modem, no router?

Are you viewing with a browser or an app on your TV?
