Slow speed

I just need some help with my speed. It seems like no matter what I am using, my allowed data or the extra that I buy, the system is really super slow. I use my internet all of the time and it does get a little frusterating to have to wait. Smiley Happy Thank you for any help you can give.

manda0411, are you use to cable internet? This is high speed not broadband. Are you over your allowance? Go here and see if the two boxes at the top of the page are green: http://192.168.0.1/

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing slow speeds with your service. I would like to address your concerns. To better assist you please connect your computer directly to the modem and run some speed tests for us to evaluate. Please run a set of 5 speed tests 3 times over the course of a 24 hour period for us to properly evaluate your speeds.
