I see you have some definite variances. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.
What you should do, and what the reps will need, is a series of tests over time. Try to do a block of at least three tests, each test being spaced at least five minutes apart, and do a block at different times of the day, if you are able. Perhaps one block in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening. This will help to give the reps an idea of what's going on. They are on M-F, so they will be back on Monday.
Also, as noted earlier, make sure that when you do the tests you are connected directly to the modem, no router.
Normally, it's requested that the tests are done with the manual 12MB test size, but if they take more than seven seconds, they will resize, often to much higher sizes, so if you see this happening often, it's okay to use the 15MB size, as they don't automatically resize. If this isn't happening often, though, you should use the 12MB test size.
If you wanted to run any upload tests, use the manual 2MB size for those, not the 12MB size like with the download tests.
It's on!!! LOL.
I just figured I'd try one of those large tests to see if it gave me any different of a result. I still have nearly all of my Bonus Bytes, so I figured, why not?
I do a lot of tests, as you'll easily notice. LOL..
Yes I have tried plugging one computer directly to the HughesNet modem via Ethernet. I have ran test other times of the day but it was before I set up my account at testmynet. Just to clarify facebook videos work fine on the computer but buffer on cell phones. I plugged an ethernet net cable into my tv and it still buffers watching Hulu. To watch a 10 second facebook video on my phone will take about 2 minutes and it doesn't make a difference what time of day it is.
