Slow speeds with data allowance still remaining

I suggest you run more speed tests to demonstrate the issue you are describing, as the tests you have now do not demonstrate it.

Download speed saw a improvement around 12:15am. Took advantage of it to clear my download queue. As speed tests show my bandwidth is even worse now though, still data allowance left.
