Slow speeds

I have executed all the tests in the control panel and tested speeds through multiple devices (Roku, smart phone, smart TV) with everything else "off" and not connected to wifi.  Also turned off data save and turned the video streaming services to standard definition, as in not HD.  still have sluggish streaming at all times of day and during week.  I assume all the self tests are visible to the hughesnet tech's.

 

So, i executed the test requested in this thread:

That's just one test.  Please follow the procedure outlined here, and post the URL to the test results, not images of specific tests.

That's the link the reps need.  It goes to all of your results, including any new ones.  

 

As for the testing, it would be a good idea to get a couple more batches in.  Ideally, running a batch in the mid/late afternoon and another in the evening would be good.

 

Judging from the testing frequency, it looks like you either already knew or figured out how to utilize the Automatic speed test.  That makes it a bit easier.  Smiley Happy  

 

The reps won't be back until Monday, but they should then reply within a day or so.  

 

Lastly, just in case, though you've likely already done so if you read the the instructions in the link maratsade gave, please be sure that you have disabled the WiFi in the HT2000W while running the tests.
