We are currently throttled and are using smart browsing, but tonight one of our computers is not connecting to it. We have restarted the modem, but nothing changed. Again all other devices we use are still connected to smart browsing except the one computer.
How are you able to tell if it is not working? Do you mean the SmartBrowsing is not appearing on the Status Meter installed on that computer, or the speeds on that one computer are slower than the others?
SmartBrowsing on the status meter is grayed out and the typical blue hexagon indicator for smart browsing is not there. Instead, a red circle is there. We did a web response test and download speed was the same for our two computers but was unable to perform a speed test on either computer.
