Sow Speeds

So I am having a problem with slow speeds. Here is the URLfor the tests done and, with one exception at 1;30 in the morning it obvious that my speeds are slow. A number of the tests arent even getting to throttled speeds even though i have plenty of data left. My SAN is #. Two things:

 

  1. Please post the URL to the "My Results" page.  What you posted is not what's needed.  
  2. For security reasons, please edit your post and remove your SAN from it.  You can edit your post by clicking the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of the post and selecting "Edit." If the HughesNet people on this site need your information, they will request that you provide it via PM.

Thanks for posting the URL to your results page.  The file sizes your speed tests used are not the ones required to have speed issues addressed in this community.  You need to use these manual test sizes: 25MB for testing download speed, and 4MB for testing upload speeds.  For details, see this article: https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/Tech-Support/Think-you-have-slow-speeds/m-p/110034#M74607

Do you have a LAN cable connectible device with which to run the speed tests?  The tests need to be performed with a LAN cable connected device and with the WiFi in the HughesNet modem disabled in order to get baseline results.  

 

If you don't have a LAN cable connectible device, you may want to hold off on the tests to see whether tests run via WiFi will be acceptable for troubleshooting purposes.  Unfortunately, at this point, you likely won't get a reply from a rep concerning this until Monday, as they're off for the weekend.
