The reps will be back on Tuesday.  In the meantime, it would be good to get more tests in, as they will need more than the three you presently have in order to help.

I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! I ran diagnostics on your site and found the HughesNet equipment working perfectly. I do see you have a Netgear router; do you still experience speed concerns when directly connected to the HughesNet modem? Were your speed tests done while directly connected to the HughesNet modem?
