I haven't been able to to any work today using the Internet. My speeds are so slow many pages time out. Could someone find out what happened to the "tweaking"?
The equipment can't work one day, not the next, and work again.
Well, it could .. moisture condensing in the feedhorn due to a bad seal for example would do it. But that should show up through remote diagnostics.
In the end it very well may get down to the individual uplink and downlink servers you have within the Gateway facility.
Nah, that's too easy. When the antenna was first installed ( about two years ago) I was aware of the problem and wrapped Teflon tape around the perimeter of the feed horn. Just checked it and it's fine. All diagnostics are green and the history shows no problems. Here's the server;

Still have no real communication today. Ran the self test and connectivity tests, all OK. Still no speed;
