I am a recent customer-under two months. I was promised up to 5Mbps, and get between 4.6 and 5.1. Promise fulfilled. $70 per/mo. is a rather high price to pay for that speed, but acceptable because satellite is the only service available to me. So, I'm happy that there is a company out there providing internet service to those of us who would not have it otherwise. Also, when I consider that I once paid $40 p/mo. for dial-up :-( , I'm pleased.
Customer support out of Mexico, however, leaves a bit to be desired.
