So I have had Hughes net for about 5 months and ever since day one my internet speeds have been horrible. 2 megs a second or less. Hughes net refuses to accept the fact that there service does not work at my house. I do not know what to do at this point. Someone help point me in the right direction.

Hello Rneill, after reviewing your account it appears the monthly data usage was exceeded, which results in slower speeds until your next refresh date. I noticed on your account you had called in for help, and since you were not home they added data onto your account and ran a speed test showing you were getting good speeds.
