About a week ago we had a service interruption. Service restored but have had no internet since. Multiple calls and doing the same actions and told to wait 24 hours with customer service. The modem, though reinstalled and re registered multiple times still shows up as not recognized. HELP!
Could you recheck your statecode? 21.2.0 doesn't exist... The only one that has a x.x.0 at the end, is the fully operational statecode if I am not mistaken.
