You can force a reconnection to the Web Acceleration in one of two ways.
#1: Doing a "hard reset" (remove ac power)
This method does cause the modem to wipe out certain logged error conditions and takes longer.
#2: Doing an MBX Reset
Open the modem SCC by entering 192.168.0.1 into your browser:
that will open the following page:

Click on the small icon marked as #3 in the picture above
That will open the main "advanced" page:
in the menu on the left, click "Web Acceleration", click "Control"
That will give this view:
Click the button marked as "Reset MBX"
You should then see the system do a reconnect to the W/A server and the system status icon on the main SCC page turn green.
