After receiving a call from Kim she connected me to a technician by the name of Carlton. He said hello and the line went dead. Several seconds later I received an email from Home Tech Support for me to sign up for their service in order to fix my problem. The minimum is $59.95 I decided therefore to forget the whole thing. I certainly can live without a Status Meter.
