My system light has been off for 48 hrs now. I called last night and after some troubleshooting the representative and I came to the conclusion that it was probably ice on the dish causing the issue but this morning i have completely cleared the dish off and restarted my modem and im still having the exact same issues.

I have also noticed that the IP Gateway Association State consistanly switches between "associating" and "Creating IPGW Pool"
If you are able, could you look at the radio on the dish, and look at the plastic lense, and see if it looks like water has filled it any?
