System light and transmit light not on. Internet not working at all

My laptop don’t have a port to connect directly to the modem and my entire house is connected to google home so that’s how I work my lights. So it’s really important it gets solved. I’ll just have to call tomorrow

Can you connect to the HughesNet modem via WiFi with your laptop, or even a tablet or phone?  The modem page maratsade linked to contains information that would be helpful.
