No internet for the last 2 weeks. System light is off. I can reboot the modem and bring it back online but only momentarily but system light never comes back on....help!!!
The reps on this site can run remote diagnostics on your modem; make sure you leave it plugged in. The reps are here M-F during business hours, so you will likely hear something tomorrow. You can also call the phone reps; they're on 24/7.
