Terrible Speed With Outlook

Terrible Speed With Outlook

I have been a loyal customer for years but I’m contemplating changing. I rely on Microsoft outlook for my work email and it runs terrible. It seldom uploads my messages and sending a simply message takes an incredible amount of time. I’m also draining my data allowance quickly and believe it is because of the effort it takes to use Outlook as I don’t run videos or do much else. I see many other posts about this problem so I’m not hopeful it can be fixed and because it is critical for me to use Outlook, I may need to cancel.

What the state code at the System Control Center?

Is your computer up to date?

What's your total monthly data allowance?

Does Outlook work during Bonus Bytes?

If you decide to cancel, you will need to call 866-347-3292. You may have to pay an early termination fee if you're still under contract. See http://legal.hughesnet.com/ServiceTermsAndConditions-current.cfm

To avoid equipment charges, you will also need to return the equipment (modem, power pack, and the radio from the dish). You will get a kit to return the equipment when you cancel the account.

If you have a faster ISP in your area, you should perhaps contact them and see what they offer.
