There are approximately 1.4 million customers. Hardly a large number of posts. Check out the boards for TWC, Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, etc. Many of the "problem" posts actually, in the end, turn out to have nothing to do with Hughesnet at all. Router problems. Data being used by devices that is mistakenly assumed to be data "leakage". Throttling due to not remaining cognizant of data usage and running out. These posts are not at all indicative of the service provided.
When there is a problem, the reps and others help to solve it.

Bill (Mindbender(Mordacious)), you have absolutely zero ground to stand on. Before being booted, you were the king of insulting people that had problems. You didn't just have a differing opinion, you flat out treated people terribly. If you hadn't been booted, you'd still be doing the same thing, right now. All someone has to do is look through a few posts from three or four months back, find the name Mordacious, and take a walk through your posts to see how you treated people. Mordacious was a VERY fitting name. And the only reason you are doing what you are doing is because you are angry for being booted.
