Thank you Rob (technician) with Wild West Communications for the great service. Unfortunate that HughesNet does not value it's customers; only their product. Clearly evidenced by the LARGE number of posts describing concerning service and product quality.

There are approximately 1.4 million customers.  Hardly a large number of posts.  Check out the boards for TWC, Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, etc.  Many of the "problem" posts actually, in the end,  turn out to have nothing to do with Hughesnet at all.  Router problems.  Data being used by devices that is mistakenly assumed to be data "leakage".  Throttling due to not remaining cognizant of data usage and running out.  These posts are not at all indicative of the service provided. 

When there is a problem, the reps and others help to solve it. 

BBB rating of A+.  Rated #1 by FCC in delivering on advertised speeds. 

If you are having an issue, please describe it to receive help in resolving it.

kathy if your unhappy with hughesnet jump ship go with wild west like gabe posted whats going on with you about hughesnet. seems people use there GB up then, unhappy try too dump hughesnet not paying  the early charge. there are unhappy people with other internet companies AT&T has more taxes . cell phone. Didn't u know about wild west before you picked hughesnet

well well did a search wild west called AIRBAND Under New Management  hum  wonder why there system was slow. now Airband says be better speeds soon

Bill (Mindbender(Mordacious)), you have absolutely zero ground to stand on.  Before being booted, you were the king of insulting people that had problems.  You didn't just have a differing opinion, you flat out treated people terribly.  If you hadn't been booted, you'd still be doing the same thing, right now.  All someone has to do is look through a few posts from three or four months back, find the name Mordacious, and take a walk through your posts to see how you treated people.  Mordacious was a VERY fitting name.  And the only reason you are doing what you are doing is because you are angry for being booted.

And your differing opinion is one thing, but when you graduate to lying, like you have, you lose all credibility, as well.

Thanks for taking the time to post feedback. We'll send your sentiment over to our install team at Wild West. As for the support community content. Although it has already been mentioned. We have many customers, it is impossible to have 100% satisfaction across the board. In addition, this community serves a specific purpose, people who have concerns about their service. We as reps are employed to fix and hopefully facilitate satisfaction, which I think we do so successfully.
