Thank you, Rocky.

Thank you, Rocky.

I just want to say thank you, Rocky. I upgraded to Gen4, as a last resort. I've only had the service for about 12 hours but so far I am very happy. And I need to give a big thank you to the installer who came after dark and set my service up.

Re: Thank you, Rocky.

That's awesome news! Thanks for taking the time to let us know. I hope you continue to enjoy it!

Have a great day!

Enjoy the unlimited usage for about the first ten days. Be sure to watch it though as the limits will kick in and you don't want to be caught off guard.

Good Point Sgosh mine was about 10days.....

Hi WVmom, I believe we've talked about usage before
so I wont bore you with that. Instead I'd like to refer you to this thread

Hopefully your transission to Gen4 will go smoothly but like Sgosh mentioned
right now your in the nice free period. It could give you a false "outlook" of GEN4 This thread will outline some of the key differences between your legacy plan an the new Gen4 and may give insight to usage tips and tricks and what to watch for, that you may not already be know. Its a quite lengthy thread, watch out for collasped posts.

Just a friendly tip is all, no one wants you or anyone else to be caught off guard! Good Luck hopefully you'll remain a happy camper Smiley Happy

I also switched from a 7000 to Gen4.

Remember when looking at your remaining allowance it may appear an "all you can eat" buffet but that allowance now has to last an entire month.

If you parcel up your Anytime & Bonus Bytes in to daily usage amounts and use a program like Networx to monitor usage you can make it thru the month
