After looking through your billing statement, the $10 difference is actually an added credit from a 12 month promotion you received during sign up. It is currently a pending credit which would add to the $385 dollars. So there is no added fee. I am sorry for how this ended and that the tech I sent out to your home did not notice you guys were home at the time of repair. I feel if you were able to correspond with him on site this could have been resolved much quicker, and maybe we could have kept you as a subscriber.
