I downloaded the new status meter (prompted by Hughes Net email sent on 11/4) and have been unable to see any information since. Here is a screen cap of what the dialog box looks like when the status meter is opened (all menu items are the same - a blank white screen):
The status meter displays in the System Tray just fine, and I can hover over it to see that I have X% remaining, but I would like to see the details like I did before.
I am running Windows 7, 64-bit. I have manually uninstalled the previous status meter and reinstalled the new status meter executable file 3 times now, restarting after each. None of this has worked.
I even downloaded it (again) while on the phone with tech support today. Here's the screen cap of Progams in the Control Panel showing you the version number. I'm not sure if version 6.5.2 doesn't play well with 64-bit or what, but I would like to see this resolved.
