Well,the thing with the BBB is that you absolutely need to follow completely through with it. If you don't, it automatically defaults to the company you are complaining about. I think now days BBB stands for bought, bribed and bamboozled bottom line. Technically toothless. As for the FTC, thats always the better bet, but there is also a newer agency out there that has even more teeth, Consumer Finance protection board aka CFPB. Its been doing a great job so far and means business.
