The unreliability of our HughesNet service is stunning.

The unreliability of our Hughesnet service is stunning. The modem requires five or six rebootings daily to keep slow and sluggish service alive. Sometimes the whole system is out, so the modem reboot does not work. Calls to customer service are a waste of time as unintelligible technicians are trained to try to blame problems on the router or anything else available for discussion. Our Hughes net service has been a disaster. If we had any other options in our location we would take it immediately.

Hello Claude,

All looks fine as far as your signal, but I've made a few tweaks to see if that helps improve your service. Can you please let me know if you are still encountering the same reboots? Also, please make sure the modem's power cord is isolated to one single outlet during this time, not a power supply or surge protector (unless you're expecting at storm Smiley Happy )
