US customer service

We are considering upgrading our HN9000 that has been installed since 2009.  We are beginning to get slow internet at times  and are timing out and realize we probably need an upgrade to Gen 4.  But first we would like to talk over pricing, installation, type of modem (1000 or 1100), new commitment contract length, etc. but would like to talk with someone in the US.  Is there a US number or office that we could deal with? We have no local installers.  The nearest is 2 hours away and they do not install that far away. Thanks for your help!
