Unable to Login to Support Center/E-Mail ? Please read!

Hello everyone,

As you may or may not have noticed, there have been some errors popping up on our Support Center website. Our engineers really need your help and want to get this fixed ASAP, but need some more information. In addition to this list, if you haven't before, please provide a recent case number or the serial number on your modem. I will be sure to keep you updated here on the status of the fix!

Here's what we need.

Browser type:
Security Settings on Browser: (high, low, med)
What address are you going to when you get the error (https://supportcenter.myhughesnet.com - http://my.hughesnet.com?)
When does the error occur? Can you actually pull up our website and try to login? Do you get the error after inputting your email and password? Do you use the Social Media login option?

Hi. I've had a problem logging in for two days now. I'm using Internet Explorer. I can pull up the website and surf the web. When I try to login at http://home.myhughesnet.com and my hughes.net e-mail, My Dashboard and Support Center, I get an error message that says - The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority  and was issued for a different website's address. I think the message comes up when the "skylogin" tries to connect (???).

I hope this helps. I need my Internet.

Thanks you two. We've forwarded this information up already and they've identified the root cause, but it could take a bit longer than expected to permanently fix. I'd recommend rebooting your modem and trying again if you're still having the problem as this might actually fix it.
