I have had the service for a little over a month and it is terrible. Works fine during the day but at night when my family and I sit down to watch Neflix it buffers every 10 seconds. I spent 2.5 Hours on the phone doing tests and they told me my speeds were fine. Had a technician come out and he told me the speed was fine and he didn't know why it was so slow at night. WHAT can I do to convince them that it doesn't work for me at night?
