It’s been almost 3 months, and the usage on my modem setting and the usage meter on the app still isn’t the same. Could someone please check on this. Thanks
Thankyou for reaching out to us again. Please post pictures showing the discrepancies. It is possible that one is simply lagging behind the other in terms of updating your usage. -Damian
You may want to provide a screenshot of the usage status displayed on this page: http://192.168.0.1/#!/usage and one from here: https://my.hughesnet.com/en/usage/details
They recently moved all of the usage accounting to a centralized location to better service regular Satellite and Fusion-type accounts.
Although you might not have a Fusion account, the number being shown from the modem's System Status page or from the old Usage Meter reflects upon incorrect (default) plan totals of 250GB Service and 250GB Bonus - not your actual data plan.
Your correct plan and usage amounts can be found on either the web site (https://my.hughesnet.com/en/usage/details) or in the app on your phone/tablet (your second picture), both of which use the new system.
But after I used all my 50gb shouldn’t I be in fap mode

You should be in FAP mode between 8AM and 2AM if you're out of both Service Plan and Token data. If you're out of both and you're not in FAP during that time period, that's weird.
When it comes to 2AM to 8AM, you'd be in FAP mode if you're out of all three data banks (Bonus, Service Plan and Tokens).
My speeds are normal and it says fully operational. It resets to 250gb every month on the modem usage. During bonus period it says I have 400gb left
I’m just trying to be honest because I pay for the 50gb fusion plan, but I receiving more data and just wanted to check on it.
Fusion's FAP works a little different because of the LTE element (which I believe is subject to network load).
Again, as I already said, you should ignore what the modem's System Status page says, because it doesn't understand that you're on the Fusion plan. As a result it is showing the default 250GB minus Satellite usage only - not the LTE part.
Ok thank you
