I'm glad you found the community, thank you for posting. As maratsade pointed out, this is someone else's old thread, which I will close since the original poster abandoned it.
However I've already pulled up your account to start investigating and will request a sales call review on your behalf to ensure that the usual disclaimers, which do mention the 24 month commitment, were stated on the call, and that expectations were properly set.
