This is the worst internet company I have ever had. I have called and sent emails and I get no response. My internet is so slow I cannot even watch a short video. When I call they say everything is ok. I have asked to get out of my contract , as I am paying for services I am not getting, and I can not do that either. The advertisements are not true at all. I have moved from the country to the city and the reception is still horrible. I have 12 months left on this contract and I hate it!! Customer services tells me there is nothing they can do. Well you can get me out of this stupid contract so I can get something that is worth my time and money.
