Good morning William,

 

Thanks for checking back in, can you please run some new speed tests so we can evaluate your speeds? Don't forget to directly connect your computer to the HughesNet modem, use the 25MB test file size, and I highly suggest turning off the wifi networks before running the tests. This is to ensure the directly connected computer running the test is the only thing using your internet connection.

 

For your reference, here's the user guide for the modem, how to toggle off your wifi networks is on page 22.
