My voice system has not been working for four days I have called in three time's , reset ata box unplugged ata box checked connections changed either net cable . and dissatisfied with Hugh's net
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with your voice service. Have you tried using a different phone with the ATA box?
I have reviewed the case notes and it looks like they are replacing the ATA box. It also states once you receive the new ATA box to call back in and so they can update the MAC # for the ATA box. If you need further assistance after you complete these steps, please let me know. Thanks,
