I do wonder if I had been able to stay on ES19 if I would be clocking better FAP speeds than ES17 I had to switch back to.  Hughes switched me back to ES17 when ES19 was not working out and they started moving some in NorCal back to old Satellite.

 

I was getting pretty fast speeds on ES19 when all was 100% but night-time killed me.
