I have had my 10gb service for less than two months. The internet is slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I called yesterday and was told that for these two billing cycles, the entire 10gb was used up in the first two days. All I use is Netflix. And tops 2 hours. So how can watching two movies at the beginning of the month use up everything!?!?! Oh, when I asked about canceling so I can just do hotspot with another company, it's $450 to cancel. How can I be tied in for two years with horrible connection?
Hello cyriljose, thanks for posting and welcome to the community! Netflix, and other services such as Facebook or other streaming apps, will use a large amount of data very quickly. Streaming itself requires a lot of data, especially on High Definition, which will consume up to 3 GB an hour. However, this doesn't mean you can't stream with our service by any means! Here's a link I think is quite useful to make the most out of your data while streaming.
Let me know if you have any questions.
