The cause may be the high latency that is normal for satellite internet, coupled with network congestion during prime time. You may want to turn off or pause the Video Data Saver, which may or may not help.
If you got satellite internet to watch TV, you may want to consider going with satellite TV, which works differently than satellite internet and produces virtually no issues, and has no data limitations. Satellite internet is not ideal for streaming.
