I'm in CDT...............not EDT. Hughesnet claims it is reported in our local time zone. The reason for having a time zone is so we can watch our anytime usage and utilize our bonus time. Some times it's one hour off ....and sometimes it's two. If the timing is off even one hour a large download, at the wrong time, can eat all my anytime usage.

The usage chart, per Amanda, is now in a users local time. That includes subscribers that are "3rd party" such as Dish and Frontier.

You have to understand that the usage chart is a rolling "history". For a up to the minute reading you have to use this one:

The other is a .... "look back in time" ... type of display and therefore is subject to a delay as all previous versions of history displays have been.

And the meter here http://my.hughesnet.com/ reads out down to the MB instead of rounding.

The usage charts only read up to the past hour, it is a history like Gwalk said.

Thanks folks......I'll keep an eye on the meter instead of the chart.

Hi wahsm58

Additionally, let's be sure you're looking at the usage chart on http://supportcenter.myhughesnet.com only. The older website may not be as accurate since it is not constantly updated. Let us know if you're still seeing discrepancies.

Thanks
Amanda
