Why is my up load and down load speed so slow? What is happening to your service? I can't call you people because I have lost my voice. This has been very poor service for about a week now. I am trying to watch short videos on Face book and they start and stop waiting to load. You all did have this fixed and I was very happy about it. I am not happy the problem came back. Leona if you could post a resent case number or the serial number from the label on the back or the bottom of the modem then the Mods can run remote diag. and see what the problem is. just dont post you SAN

To help us address your concern, please connect your computer directly to the modem and run some speed tests for us to evaluate. Please run a set of 5 speed tests 3 times over the course of a 24 hour period for us to properly evaluate your speeds. Sorry Leona I saw this was posted under the HN9000 and posted the comment about those settings before I saw you actually have a HT1100 thats why I deleted it. the HT1100 does not have those readings in the same place.
Thank you for running the speed tests. So far, your speeds are as expected of your plan. Since you are connecting directly to the modem to perform the speed tests, does the performance change once you reconnect your router? In looking at your remote diagnostics, we think you may want to have a look at your router and router settings. Keep in mind that distance between your device and the router can affect speeds, as well as router settings. If you post your router model, we can help find some resources for your reference.

you can check mine out to while your at because my connection speed is .017 and I'm paying too much for This. Can't stream at all and when I do it uses up all of my data because it is always starting over and over. I watched three shows on netflix and used up half my data for a month.
