Work from home

I just started using my service because I live in rural area . I noticed I was on phone with customers yesterday they could not hear me and it was statically breaking up .has anyone felt with this are going through this? What can I do?

Do you have HughesNet Voice? If you're experiencing problems with it, the reps on the site can check things out for you. If you're using your phone over wi-fi, you should know that wi-fi calling doesn't work well with satellite internet and you should consider getting Voice.

For work I’m on computer and get calls over a soft phone

It sounds then that you don't have HughesNet Voice.  I don't think a softphone would work well over satellite internet due to the latency.
