When I do a test on a brand new install in sunny weather with 100 percent of my data remaining do I get this message: You have limited connectivity to the gateway.
Gateways are located in other states, and weather affects them.
Did you reboot the modem?
I did, test was green. Checked speed and got 1.77 Mbps down and 4.24 Mbps up. Interesting, will not let me post without a tag but none are available to select.
Don't worry about the tags. Please post the URL to your testmy.net My Results page.
It's likely that a rep here will want to run remote diagnostics on your HughesNet equipment when they see your topic. It's possible to have a 0.0.0 State Code and be green across the board, but still show a connection issue when running the Connectivity Test, and any connection issue can have a negative effect on your overall service.
I have poked around for 20 minutes an now I am unable to locate the testmy.net page, I don't know where it went.
The testmy.net site is here: https://testmy.net/
Your My Results page would be https://testmy.net/quickstats/[yourusername]

I found it, thanks. https://testmy.net/auto?extraID=A&st=1&r_time=1&xtimes=12 I ran test, got some data points but had much needed rain. Lost satellite for a while, restarted another test now that it is back. My name on test my net is commando57 if that helps. If I reply to your email, will it show up here?
This is the URL to your "My Results" page:

You are not using the correct file sizes. You need to follow the instructions given here: https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/Tech-Support/Think-you-have-slow-speeds/m-p/110034#M74607
EDIT: not sure what you mean by "reply to your email." If you want to reply to individual posts here, just click the "reply" button and your reply will show as a new post in this thread.
