Is there anyone there to help us, we heard that it was resolved friday????? no call or email to inform us not to mention IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. We want and need to cancel this service immediately...this is no contract since we have not had a day of service working since day 1,,,we have the right to opt out and we need to get our reliable pots line back!
I would like you to know we are now working with our engineering team specializing in Voice service to get your issue resolved quickly. all diagnostics have been run and the information has been sent to them. We'll keep you updated if you need to do anything, our engineers may just reach out directly to you over the voice service to test some things (even if they cannot hear you, or vice versa).
