I have the belkon router and Phillips smart TV when I do the connection test on TV it says pass on home network and pass on internet but says your download speed is to low for streaming. Download speed 0.1Mbps 8.0 Mbps or 1080p 5.0 Mbps HD 2.5 Mbps SD Please help me resolve this issue so o can watch Netflix its been two weeks and in reality its always slow and reloads when watching movies on smart tv
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing slow speeds with your service. I would like to address your concerns. Please post a recent case number or the serial number on the back/bottom of your modem. Once we have your account info we'll be able to run remote diagnostics on your site.
Also to better assist you please connect your computer directly to the modem and run some speed tests for us to evaluate.
