Hi Larry, do you mean your HughesNet VoIP phone? Very strange it would have anything do do with being dark. Is it specific time or within a certain period of time? So it comes back when it turns daylight?

I see this is your first post here so welcome to the community! Can you elaborate a bit more on what is happening? For example, around what time? When you do experience your VoIP(I'm assuming) service cut off, have you also checked the system control center to see what your network status is at that time?
At this moment all of your diagnostics look normal, however checking the SCC whenever this happens may help to give us a better idea of what is going on. We hope to hear back from you soon.
