The fact that you don't see it proves that you must work for hughesnet customer service. They are rude as well.

No, I don't work for Hughes.
What I did do is offer up a process for you to follow if you have the same issue as the OP.
It is up to you of course if you wish to follow that procedure or not.

Hi CharlesNash,

I understand the inconvenience. However we have to troubleshoot this situation to come to a real conclusion. That process does not take long and many customers after having found an unknown source no longer have to tend to much. Just monitor. Satellite internet is not like ground based internet and does take some getting used to. Hopefully you do find some time to run the test. If there is a time frame when everyone in your household is out of the house that is perfect. You can unplug the LAN take a screen capture. Then once you get back home plug it back in and take another screen cap. We hope to hear back from you soon.
