Keep in mind that if you are still in a contract there will be an ETF (Early Termination Fee) that will be charged when you cancel the service.

Perhaps the issue making you want to cancel can be resolved, whatever it may be.

Seeing as you have posted in Tech Support, more information would be nice to have as far as what your issues are so we can help you troubleshoot your system.

I did call and got the runaround about tokens for more time and the main time to use is 2:00 am and 6:00 am... really and you can go over on usage.  really...  we was lied to from the word go...

There is no "main" time to use.  The system gives you anytime data (the amount varies with each plan),and between 2 am and 8 pm, bonus data (50 GB).  How were you lied to? Did you not do some research before signing the contract?

There are adjustments that can be made and apps that can be used to save data.  If you're running out due to a lot of streaming, there're only two ways to combat that:  lower the definition of whatever it is you are streaming (you can manually do so at the source or use the video data saver that is included with Gen5 service) and/or don't stream as much.

If you are running out of data, but not streaming, there are adjustments that can be made and apps that can be installed to help combat the data usage.

But, if you want to cancel, no matter what, you should post in the "myAccount and Billing" section.

Hello gunnerdog00,

Thanks for posting. I pulled up your account and yes you are in FAP. I also saw that you called last week and that our agent issued you some tokens directly to your available tokens bandwidth to remove your account from FAP. I have also issued you some tokens, which you would need to activate before using. Please see the links below for additional helpful information.
