ecelerity - The following address(es) failed:

I get this error message sometimes when sending emails to some addresses.  It's happening now with this address and has happened before - usually clears up after a week or so.

What's happening here, and why, and how do I prevent it?

@Boat

With it having happened before, it makes me think that the recipient email provider may be blocking hughes.net emails.  Providers will often do this if they see a high number of spam emails coming from a single provider, which may be hughes.net, in this case.  This type of thing actually isn't all that rare.  I don't know for sure, but I gather that spammers spoof hughes.net email addresses a lot, or there may even be legitimate hughes.net email addresses that have been co-opted by spammers (I had that happen with my MSN email address).  Whatever the case, the block will often drop off after a short amount of time, which is what makes me think that this may be the cause.

With that said, I'm only going by what I've seen from a few similar posts on here.  Hopefully someone with more knowledge than I can give better feedback concerning this issue, and/or some ideas of what you may be able to do.
