i dont understand what the useage meter says

i dont understand what the useage meter says i have not used any data and its says 69 percent this is one hour after the new billing period.

with no activity how do they figure my use? should be 99.99 percent availible

unless this message uses 6mb  and a search for better internet supplier cost 3 mb. dont pay thousands of dollars  to be confused by a freakin web server.

i want to leave but they want to charge me way too much for getting rid of there crappy service.

Slow speeds and missing data are strong indicators of unknown activity somewhere within your network.

I suggest connecting a single computer directly to the Modems LAN port. On that computer I suggest you install the free version of GlassWire so that we can see all activity on that computer.

Once that is done we can then run a series of speed tests to determine your systems baseline performance levels.
