My modem and router got unplugged in order to move them and now I can't go to some websites on certain devices like a cell phone. I have another computer on Windows 10 that works fine and one on Windows 8 that doesn't also.
I'm on the Gen5 modem, I've unplugged it over night and it still doesn't work right.
Any other options to reset it or does something need to be done on Hughesnet side?

Are the devices that aren't working able to access http://systemcontrolcenter.com (http://192.168.0.1) and display the modems internal website?
yes, i was able to get in.
i may also mention, this is an issue on my router as well as the hughesnet built in router
What exactly happens when those devices cant get out?
Also, is it the same when connected by cable to router/modem and using WiFi? Connect the 8 computer directly to modem and see if it works then.
can't check until tonight.
is there a reset procedure if it's working straight off the modem?
