I got no help with this problem at all. Hughes said they would fix tis problem, it has been four months now and have called them a number of times. My Modem is a HT1100 Error 651, is the modem or other connecting device has reported an error.

This is not a Hughes modem configuration error.
There is no "configuration" to a Hughes HT1100 modem (I have one myself).
The modem resides at 192.168.0.1 and that is not changeable.
Your problem lays within your Windows networking settings or if you are using one, your router settings.
What version of Windows are you using ?
Do you have a router ? (if so please state Manufacturer and model.
Are you connecting wired or wireless ?
