We have been Hughesnet customers since 2006.
We wanted to praise the outstanding technical support service we received from
Marisha Abordo, who works in the Legaspi Call Center.
Marisha analyzed the trouble that was preventing us from enjoying GEN5 connectivity.
While this help is by itself praise worthy, she managed to accomplish this feat while
dealing with frustrated and angry customers (sadly, us).  Marisha skillfully persuaded us
that equipment diagnoses showed that the instability of our GEN5 link probably was
due to a problem on our side.  Her patient diligence and calm demeanor eventually
convinced us to recheck all our connections.  Sure enough, a link through a bad LAN hub
was the fault.  Once we made connections directly from modem to PC, the GEN5
performance returned to excellent. 
Thank you, Marisha Abordo, for both your technical skills and people skills.
